腹腔镜胆囊造口术在治疗阻塞性黄疸中的应用
对于发病早且病情危急，采用保守治疗无效的急性胆囊炎患者来说，胆囊造口术是最佳的治疗选择。本研究旨在报道确定性手术检查黄疸发生的潜在原因前胆囊造口术在治疗阻塞性黄疸中的应用。患者患有阻塞性黄疸，一般条件很差，且被诊断为胰头肿瘤，接受了腹腔镜胆囊造口术。改善患者一般条件，降低总胆红素水平之后，患者接受了确定性手术。研究结果显示，对于一般条件差的患者而言，在最终手术之前，胆囊造口术是治疗的最佳方式，胆汁引流通畅、安全有效。

ABSTRACT
Cholecystostomyisconsideredtobeatreatmentoptionwhenconservativetreatmentofacutecholecystitisfailedinelderlyandcriticallyillpatients.Theaimofthispaperistopresentacholecystostomyinthetreatmentofobstructivejaundicebeforethedefinitiveoperationfortheunderlyingcauseofjaundice.Thepatientinpoorgeneralconditionwiththeobstructivejaundicewasdiagnosedtohaveapancreaticheadtumor.Hehadundergonethelaparoscopiccholecystostomy.Afterimprovementofthegeneralconditionandlowertotalbilirubinlevel,thepatienthadundergonetodefinitiveprocedure.Itisshownthatlaparoscopiccholecystostomycanbeasuccessfulwayforadequatebiledrainageinapatientwithpoorgeneralconditionbeforethedefinitivetreatmentofobstructivejaundice.
